Shipping Information

We work very hard to keep shipping costs low while you offering the safest packaging for your purchase. In most cases we have a flat fee for US Destinations, Canadian Destinations and International Destinations. These fees include both packaging and postage with insurance. We do not negotiate on shipping for individual auctions; however we do combine shipping with auctions purchased within a reasonable time frame.

Our Shipping and Handling charges are determined by the auction item’s weight and packaging dimensions. The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges. Unless otherwise stated in the auction, packages to Canada and the US are shipped via UPS or CanadaPost Expedited/Express or Airmail. Whenever there is a tracking number available for your service; we will include it in an email.

Items are shipped within 3 - 5 business days of receiving payment. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent subsequently.

Our Return Policy

All auction items are sold as described in their listing. Backroomstuffs only accepts returns on items that are not as described. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
